5. “What do you mean ALL the stores are out of toilet paper?” Sue asked her husband as she unloaded the groceries he had just come home with.

6. Has anyone ever died of cabin fever, Megan wondered.

7. Richard had never minded living alone until the pandemic.

8. Jennifer needed groceries. But she needed to get out of the house even more. Yet, was it worth the risk of getting the virus?

9. Margo had always wanted to be a stay-at-home mom. And now, for the next month, she would be.

10. Michael sat on his front porch and noticed how quiet it was without all the usual traffic passing by.
