1. On Monday morning, Jenny sat in her office admiring her engagement ring. Allen had proposed over the weekend. Now, her boss tapped on her office door.
“Jenny, I’d like you to meet Ashton. You’ll be working closely with him over the next few months.”
Ashton was the most handsome man Jenny had ever seen.
A few minutes later, when the men had left Jenny’s office, she looked at her ring again. Was it just her imagination, or had it lost some of its sparkle?
